We want you to be 100% comfortable with your experience at CrossFit Carroll. We regularly offer FREE trial classes on Saturday mornings for you to see if CrossFit is right for you. These classes are in a group setting and usually utilize body weight only. But that doesn't mean it won't be a challenge!

Hot ROM stretching Program

This is a 18 - 25 minute video stretching routine performed in our former hot yoga room(90-105 degrees).

The heat is on and up to help increase your blood flow and allow you to ease into a

deeper Range Of Motion (ROM) increasing your flexibility and decreasing your stress and tension.
