We want you to be 100% comfortable with your experience at CrossFit Carroll. We regularly offer FREE trial classes on Saturday mornings for you to see if CrossFit is right for you. These classes are in a group setting and usually utilize body weight only. But that doesn't mean it won't be a challenge!
